Ericka Kelly is the coach and mentor I've been longing for! I first heard of Chief Kelly from a friend that was trying out her John Maxwell classes. I was instantly intrigued because I've been a huge fan of John Maxwell for quite some time and I always looked for opportunities for self-growth and development. When my friend finished her first course, she recommended that I take it for the next round. From there, I was hooked! I have been taking courses with Chief regularly since then so much so that I recommended to my squadron leadership that our entire unit will benefit if we invested in her presentations.
