Born and bred in the UK, he has spent his entire professional career (>20 years) living in Asia and, since 1986, has been based in Singapore. He has worked for most of this time in very senior roles within major MNC’s like General Motors, Schlumberger and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting (CGEY), always with Asia-Pacific and global responsibilities with significant experience in the Automotive, Hi-Tech, Consulting and Service Industries and was most recently a Regional Vice President with CGEY, one of the world’s largest Consulting groups. Long established as a creative thought leader in the world of big business, he is a chartered management accountant and a certified practitioner in both NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Career coaching. As such, he is uniquely qualified to scale and craft consulting and coaching solutions to ensure all viewpoints are considered, from the Board through to the individual level, in order to maximize the sustainability of the value of any designed solution ... Solutions that get business and personal results! He has spent many years building a network of professional associates that share the same mission and values and is very proud of the Network brought together under the PFI umbrella.
