Green Actioneers - Dave Finnigan is a professional educator creating positive programs involving students, parents and teachers and leading to lasting change. His latest program, Green Actioneers, trains teachers and professional presenters to help families, communities, and entire countries to "go green" with ZERO Gloom & Doom.

Juggling for Success - From 1976-2007 as "Professor Confidence," Dave personally visited over 2,000 schools in 46 states and 12 countries with instructional juggling programs. He trained over 50 professional presenters to deliver that program worldwide. The result was a worldwide recreational juggling movement. Dave received the Certified Speaking Professional designation in 2006.
Family Planning programs in East Asia - From 1966-1976 Dave served as consultant at the highest level on Population and the Environment to the Ministries of Education and Health in Korea, Taiwan, and the Philippines. He worked with USAID and several UN Agencies throughout Asia. His work with Mothers' Clubs at the village level can be credited with helping drop average family size from 6 children to under 2 in Korea and Taiwan, and obliterating "son preference" in the countries where he worked.

US Army - In the early 1960's as a Captain in the US Army Dave supervised over 500 German and American workers in the largest Direct Support Maintenance Battalion in Germany and worked in Korea as Director of Officer Assignments.
