Amy’s background is anything but typical. She started her professional career as a U.S. Air Force Captain, where she learned the power and necessity of clear, confident communication. After leaving the military, she earned a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from The George Washington University.
That mix of discipline, education, and real-world experience became the foundation for what Amy calls Performance Communication®—the practical, professional, and positive communication that drives teamwork, productivity, and leadership success.
