Engaging, humorous, experience led sales trainer of the highest calibre.

With over 38years in the sales industry, spanning many sectors, I bring a wealth of knowledge to any type of business and industry.

Working with me is not a risk, improve every aspect of your sales process - guaranteed.

I am passionate about selling and sales training.

I have been in sales for over 38 years now and have a wealth of knowledge in the development of sales processes. What I share with my audiences is the knowledge and know how I have gleaned in those early years.

My sales workshops, masterclasses and seminars are packed with useful tips, methods and strategies to bring about just the types of improvements you need to double and triple your conversion rates.

After leaving the Royal Air Force there wasn't much in the 'working world' which sparked my interest, however I did find a mentor and an opportunity, working part time with a sales organisation who promised me riches beyond my wildest dreams. If I would learn the skills needed to sell, recruit & train, I would be rich. Call me naïve, but I mastered all of that and still didn't get rich.

Direct sales came along and really changed my thinking on the world of sales and sales training. I have now been actively selling products and services for over 35 years. Coaching came along in the early 90's and I earned two diplomas in business performance coaching and life coaching, I have been a sales & business coach for over 20yrs.

The world has changed (a lot) since I began my sales journey. The internet, regulation, cancelation periods etc have made customers much more savvy and they will not simply sign on the dotted line because a pushy salesmen offers them a drop close. Which is only right and proper. Because of this, sales and sales training has had to change. No one solution is going to fit every sales environment – all my training sessions are bespoke to my clients.

“My philosophy is to strike a good work/life balance, never be too busy to enjoy your hobbies. Deliver a great service at an affordable cost, treat others as you would be treated yourself, maintain discipline, integrity and honesty at all costs. Live by these simple tenets and you will be successful in all that you endeavour”.

Here's what you don't know:-

I’m a veteran

I'm a dad

I'm a husband

I'm a painter (Airbrush and Pinstripe)

I'm an author (a sales book AND a novel)

I'm a Taekwondo black belt

I'm a British championship winner (un-defeated)

I'm a stand-up comedian

I'm a biker

I'm a drummer

I'm a double bass player

MOST IMPORTANTLY - I'm ‘still’ a salesman.

I still actively sell a product.

Why is that important?

How can ANY sales trainer train, if they aren't selling in today’s market?
