Brett Dashwood is a global expert in the preparation, processing and delivery of high volume customer communications. He helps transform businesses and their communications using the New Science of Customer Retention​™ to build a position of #TrueLoyalty with their customers.

Brett has amassed an enviable array of knowledge and experience across many vertical industries, having spent more than two decades in the printing, communication, and electronic document industries.  Having worked with companies on 5 continents, he helps organisations strategically and technically to architect and implement innovative solutions that produce, manage, and deliver exceptional customer communications that achieve amazing results.

Using the knowledge and experience gleaned from these decades working around the world, he founded The Document Institute, where they work with companies that need, create, manage, or deliver high-volume customer communication, to develop Brilliant Customer Communications Solutions that are efficient and effective, as well as lead to truly engaged customers.

Confident on stage, he has a performance background, stretching back to the age of 7, as a boy soprano in the Southern Cross Boy's Choir.  Trained in Theatre, Drama, Radio, and as a Voice Actor, Brett has used the skills of improvisation and spontaneity to build a reputation among corporate event organisers as an organised and entertaining compère and MC.

He is a Board member and Director of Professional Speakers Australia (PSA), has been Co-Chair for PSA's national Convention and helps PSA with Sponsorship, Partnering and Strategic Alliances activities.
