Steve Owen
I am responsible for all aspects of Lillibridge Medical Development projects nationwide. I am responsible for the financial performance of the business unit, the execution of work under contract, and the management of a fine team of folks delivering development and cap-ex services to internal and external clients. I am a member of the Leadership Team.
I joined the Lillibridge company in 2008 and have been in the field of healthcare/realestate over 25 years.
Prior to joining Lillibridge, I was VP Operations for Centex Rodgers and spent 8 years onsite at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN leading my team through the Practice Integration Projects, a group of 16 projects adding over 2 million sf to their campus.
In my career I have had the opportunity to serve clients in a variety of roles; from leading preconstruction and estimating efforts, to directing work in an onsite operational role, as well as overseeing projects and regional offices over a wide geographical area. Through my experience of delivering projects and construction services to a variety of clients and end-users all over the country, I have developed a unique understanding of the importance of high functioning teams to the consistent delivery of excellence in healthcare construction.
